Microcontrollers
The Orchidée Semiconductor S11 family of 8-bit microcontrollers are pin-for-pin compatible with the industry-standard MC68HC11™ products. Several versions of the product family are currently available including obsolete and legacy products. The S11 has been designed to be cycle-for-cycle identical to the MC68HC11™. Fabricated in 0.5u Embedded Flash technology the S11 also offers faster (e.g. 30usec total delay time) programming of the non-volatile memory. All features and peripherals of the standard components are included in the various versions of the S11.
